General Information 

Here are the rental requirements outlined below. If you agree to the terms, please click the link below to submit your application. We look forward to welcoming you!

Rental Requirements
All renters MUST  have a valid ID.

Rental Rates:

  • Monday to Thursday: $60 per day and Friday to Sunday: $70 per day

  • Rates may vary during peak holidays and special event periods

Security Deposit:

  • A $250 security deposit is required before vehicle release, due 24 hours before vehicle pick up (an invoice will be emailed).

  • The deposit will be returned within 1 to 3 days after vehicle return, pending inspection. 

  • Any damages, fees, tolls, or violations will be deducted from the deposit. 

 

Mileage Policy:

  • Rental includes 2,000 miles per week.

  • Additional mileage will be charged $0.20 per mile.

 

Toll Policy:

  • Tolls are strictly prohibited. 

  • Any toll charges incurred will be deducted from the security deposit. 

 

Late Return Policy:

  • 30-minute grace period is allowed. 

  • After the grace period, a $50 late fee applies.

  • Returns exceeding 4 hours late may incur an additional full day charge.

Payment Policy:

  • Payment will be due immediately after your reservation is approved.  

  • There will be a 24 hour grace period to submit your payment, once your reservation is approved. An invoice will be emailed.

 

Fuel Policy:

  • The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup. 

  • Missing fuel will be charged at cost plus a $15 service fee.

 

Cleaning Policy:

  • The vehicle must be returned in reasonably clean condition. 

  • Excessive dirt, stains, smoke, odors, or pet hair will result in:

  • Standard cleaning fee: $75

  • Severe cleaning/smoke fee: $150+

Prohibited Use:

Renter agrees NOT to:

  • Allow unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle

  • Smoke or vape inside the vehicle

  • Use the vehicle for illegal activities

  • Drive recklessly or negligently

  • Take the vehicle out of state without approval

  • Use the vehicle for towing

 

Accidents and Damages:

  • Renter is responsible for all damages during the rental period

  • Renter must notify the Rental Company immediately in the event of:

    • Accident

    • Theft

    • Damage

Vehicle Condition:

  • Renter acknowledges the vehicle was received in good condition and agrees to return it in the same condition, excluding normal wear and tear.

Default / Failure to Returm

Failure to return the vehicle as agreed may result in:

  • Additional charges

  • Vehicle recovery actions

  • Legal action if necessary

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made 24 hours before the reservation will receive a full deposit refund. 

  • Cancellations made after the 24 hour window will result in a deduction of 1 day's rate from already made payment.

  • Cancellations made after the 24 hour window for a 3+ day rental will result in a deduction of 2 day's rate from already made payment.
